How many cals, carbs, protein, fat in each daily eat? And can we see a sample 2 days? Would be helpful to see a preview vs. just jumping in not sure what its all about or like! :)

Hi Jill..I have had SO many testimonials of people that just love them! I actually have many of the testimonials right on the meal plan page if you’d like to see what people think!

Also, the cals are easily range-able from 1,000-1,400 calories per day depending on the snacks you choose! (which a wide range are included, with calorie variations!)
