Earlier this spring I decided to take control of my “out of control health”. I was on lots of medicines and had multiple chronic illnesses. I was obese. WAS being the operative word. I am messaging you because YOU played a part in that. In my quest for better health I found your site. I use many of your recipes as part of my healthier lifestyle. I am a new member, and as a busy teen this site is perfect. I recently got passed an eating disorder and lost weight (the healthy way) over the past year; a whole twenty-five pounds! This site has helped me shed off a couple extra pounds by providing fun, delicious and cute recipes to keep me busy and my taste buds happy! The workouts are also extremely effective as well! They help me keep on my feet, but with these recipes, I always have something tasty but HEALTHY to come home too. Thank you so very much!

My guy is once again eating seconds of a DD recipe! Tonight it was the best parm chx bake pulled out of the freezer. We love all your recipes! They taste great, are clean & healthy plus they are easy to make! I plan all my meals with DD recipes each week and the leftovers never last long :-)

As someone who has struggled with an ED for at least a decade, these meal plans taught me how to eat real, clean, delicious food often and to not be afraid of delicious food because it is ‘unhealthy’.

Just wanted to say that I love your website! I too have struggled with starving and binging my whole life, trying to erase the damage with constant exercise, and getting to the point where I was afraid of food. Meaning, I afraid to eat or cook anything that I truly enjoyed because I was afraid of liking it too much and over eating. Now I am tying to learn how to make the things I love in a healthy way, not depriving myself, and eating healthy portions.
Your recipes are great, in that they aren’t just “low fat” with a ton of other unhealthy ingredients, or “low sugar” but very high fat. The recipes are healthy and full of protein. Being that I am a regular in the gym and focus highly on weight training, getting plenty of nutrients in my meals is really important. This site provides super yummy ways to do that!
