When I am in need of a really good chicken salad recipe that is packed with flavor, but not all of the fat… this is my go-to recipe! It’s full of chopped apples and crisp bacon, and the dressing is a creamy blend of low fat mayonnaise and Greek yogurt! I enjoy it on its own, or in a low carb wrap! I can promise you, this chicken salad is so creamy, you will not be disappointed!
I made this recipe to serve one, but it can easily be multiplied to make the desired serving size!
