		<description>The store was out of egg roll wrappers, so I used won ton wrappers instead and pasted them together by rubbing some water on the edges lengthwise. Used 4 Gala apples and only about 3 TBSP of sugar. Made 11 turnovers and they were SO yummy! Thanks so much for the idea!</description>
