		<description>Just made these today.  My mixture was very wet when I was ready to form the cakes so I added another 1/8 cup of panko..but still very wet.  Couldn&#039;t form them well and they broke very easily when I flipped them halfway through.  Long story short..they didn&#039;t turn out pretty but were very tasty! What do you think I did wrong? I was wondering if it was the egg whites.  I used the kind in the carton.</description>

		<description>it doesnt, but it will vary depending on the type of mayo you use. its easy to figure out, just look at the calories on the mayo for the amount you use, and add it to the calories for the amount of red peppers you use, and add it to the total crab cake count! :)</description>
