I absolutely love this recipe and make it about 1-4 times a month (my 10 month old loves it too)! I made a dessert out of this by mixing about 2 tablespoons chocolate PB2, 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa, 1 packet of splenda, and water to desired consistency to make a "chocolate frosting". So yummy!!! :)

This is a house favorite, we make it every few weeks. I always add a fruit to it, my favorite is cherries and my hubby loves blueberries.

I tried these today & they're great! I love that custardy texture that's halfway between oatmeal & muffin; so moist & yummy! Substitutions I made: cottage cheese for Greek yogurt, since I didn't have any on hand, skipped the salt because of the cottage cheese, chocolate protein powder instead of vanilla, & real sugar instead of sweetener. The end product was a tad too sweet, so next time I'll go with 1/4 c sugar.

I made them in a jumbo muffin tin & it was too much batter for 4 servings so I made 5. I ate one right away (duh) but the rest I will let cool & transfer to some 1 c size resealable plastic containers so they can go in the fridge, & they do hold together enough that you can do that.

Seriously great recipe, I might make more later to use up the last 2 overripe bananas on my counter & freeze them!

So we made this for the 2nd week in a row, it is a hit with my husband! We both feel so full after the fact and usually don't get hit with the mid morning snack attack!
This time I added some whole blackberries and they made it taste even better, I think next week we'll add blueberries!
