		<description>Let me begin by saying I hate Greek yougurt but I am trying my best to loose some weight.  I mixed this up using your recipe for shredded chicken (crockpot).  I gritted my teeth and closed my eyes and shoved a bite into my mouth and I was amazed!  This is delicious!!!!  I went on to try your skinny mac and cheese complete with cottage cheese (yet another thing I don&#039;t eat) and WOW!!!!  You are wonderful!  I am such a picky eater and I have always hated that because it makes it difficult to find healthy things that I will eat.  I love your site and every recipe I have tried has been delicious.  Thank you so much!!!</description>

		<description>Made this for lunch today but instead of lettuce &amp; tomato (which I didn&#039;t have) I added 2 tbs shredded cheddar and 1 tbs bbq sauce and made a bbq chicken bacon wrap! It was great... super tasty and filling. Thanks for all the inspiration Katie!</description>
