On the Tenth Day of Christmas my True Love Gave to Me…A Rich and Creamy Peppermint ‘Milkshake’ Packed with Protein and a Candy Cane Swirl!
In all of my shakes I use DESIGNER WHEY 100% Premium Whey Protein Powder! It tastes awesome, is affordable, and is 100% natural!
Cottage cheese is what gives shake the thick milkshake consistency! You will not taste the cottage cheese I PROMISE, but you could also use vanilla greek yogurt OR 1 additional scoop of protein powder instead!

I love that picture! And the red food dye is not “optional!” It looks way to good to leave it out! ;)

Just made one of these this morning and oh my! SO tastey! I love anything peppermint flavored, but this will definitely be one of my usual go to breakfast shakes!

I had leftover greek yogurt and so decided to use it instead of cottage cheese just this once…wah! The consistency was not the same! I love the cottage cheese and will never stray from it again!

Hi Katie! I made this for my husband and myself this morning…well sort of….I used raspberry extract instead because I didn’t have any peppermint and didn’t want to wait to try it, lol! It was great!
I was just wondering if you know how many carbs are in it?
thanks!
Mara

This is WONDERFUL! I was kind of skeptical about the cottage cheese, but it really MADE the shake. Thanks for the wonderful recipe! I’m sharing it by others by putting it on pinterest.

It says 1 sugarfree instant pudding mix. The other recipes are 1 tbsp. is this one actually a whole box of pudding mix?

No just one tbs
