This dip has all the flavors of traditional buffalo style chicken wings, but is much more ‘crowd friendly’ than messy wings when served as a dip! This dip is loaded with melted cheese and spicy flavors, that are sure to win over any football crowd…And hey, no one has to know that it’s low calorie, and packed with protein!

Love that you shared this! My man has been asking for this dip since he tasted it somewhere late last year. However, I’m back on the Weight Watcher’s train and he’s also trying to shed some pounds. I wanted to make this for Super Bowl Sunday but not derail his plans. I’m going to use your recipe but with vegetarian chicken. Thanks!

Looks delic and perfect for the upcoming football game!
P.S. Are those PopCorner chips?! I had a mini bag on a flight a while back and recently saw that Costco is carrying a bunch of different flavors!

I made this over the weekend as a snack. We ate it with celery sticks instead of chips. I used some of the leftovers inside half of a whole grain, high protein wrap today for my lunch. Sort of like a chicken wing stromboli! The sandwich itself is only 145 cals.

Making this now, is that supposed to be 1/2 of an 8 oz cream cheese? So 4 oz of cream cheese? I wasn’t sure…hope I’m right b/c it’s going into the oven shortly. ;-) Thanks. Can’t wait to see how it turns out.

I made this and the serving size was completely off (my dip had way less servings). I’m assuming that it depends on how finely the chicken is shredded. Do you finely shred yours or is it more like the size of the shredded chicken from your crock pot shredded chicken recipe? Thanks!

thinner shred

Mine was less servings as stated too. It came out to make only 9 – 1/4c servings. It was so delicious though!

Does everyone like this better with mozzarella or blue cheese? I am trying to decide which one to use because I know I love the blue cheese for the buffalo chicken chili.

I made this for the upcoming ski weekend with my family – I taste-tested, just to make sure it would be Malone-approved and it is OUTSTANDING! The perfect amount of creaminess to balance out the heat. Thank you for the recipe! :)
