Chocolate Peanut Butter Fruit Dip

Here's the Dish

This chocolate peanut butter dip (which can also be made just chocolate if you prefer), is rich, creamy, and simply divine tasting…But the thing that makes this dip unique is that it is packed with protein, so when combined with fruit is is the perfectly balanced healthy snack! It only takes minutes to prepare, and stays good in the fridge for up to one week! Enjoy!

Method

The estimated total time to make this recipe is 5-10 minutes.

1

Place everything (except for the the fruit) in a food processor (or a really good blender if you have one), and blend until mixture is smooth and no clumps remain. Place in a covered container and chill for at least 30 minutes, (or up to one week in the fridge). Serve chilled with fruit!

Ingredients

1/2 cupPlain low fat Greek yogurt
1/2 cupLow fat cottage cheese (or low fat cream cheese)
2 tbsCocoa powder
2 tbsPeanut flour (or 1 tbs peanut butter) 1
1/2-1 cupSweetener of choice (this really is to taste)
1 tspVanilla extract
Optional: Assorted fruit for dipping

1 You could also do a variation of this dip without the peanut butter to make it a chocolate dip!

Would you be able to substitue PB2 for the peanut flour?

Quick Question – I’m not a huge fan of chocolate dips – could this be made with sugar free vanilla pudding mix, like used in some of the shakes? Thanks for another great receipe.
