If you’ve ever been a girl scout, or paid a few dollars to a girl scout for a box of cookies, then chances are you have tried, or at least heard of a samoa cookie! These cookies are incredibly delicious, and just the thought of them brings me back to my days that I myself was a member of Troop 1158! If you’re one of the few people that haven’t heard of these delicious little morsels… I’ll fill you in! Samoa cookies are vanilla shortbread cookies coated in caramel, sprinkled with toasted coconut and laced with chocolate stripes! This shake recipe embodies all of these amazing flavors, in a sweet healthy way!
In all of my shakes I use DESIGNER WHEY 100% Premium Whey Protein Powder! It tastes awesome, is affordable, and is 100% natural!

Delicious! I got more calories, though if using the sugar free chocolate pudding mix.

Thank you so much for all your hard work on here! I am so thankful to be getting more ideas of things I can send with my hubby to work. I pack his breakfast and lunch, he is active duty military and he needs stuff that does not have to be heated. I can’t wait to make these for him!

Love that you were a girl scout and I was one of your leaders. I always loved the somoa cookies. I will have to try this shake. Goodness knows we ate our fair share of the girl scout cookies! Love you Kate!

Hi katie, I figured I would ask you since you seem to have the best protein shakes. I have clinicals in the very early am, and would love to have these for breakfast, but don’t want to wake my family up with the blender. Is there any way you can make these the night before and still have them taste as good? Any feed back would be great! Thanks!

This came out amazing! Topped it with 1/2 of a Mojo Chocolate Almond Coconut trail mix bar.

Hey Katie, just wondering how many servings this recipe is? Because I have just a 1 serving blender (small one). Thanks!

Hey Katie! This is yummy!! In fact, I love all of your protein shakes! I was wondering if they stay just as thick and creamy if I made them the night before work or even the morning of and I didn’t drink them until late afternoon? I wish there was a way to do so. Any suggestions?

i haven’t tried it, but i’m guessing they might seperate as they unfreeze…if you try it though let me know how it turned out! :)

What about Greek Yogurt in place of the cottage cheese? Not that I object to cottage cheese, but I was just wondering :)
