Do you measure the two cups of cauliflower after it is ground up in the food processor? So you should have two cups of rice like cauliflower? I think I made a mistake and measured two cups, then ground it up. Unfortunately it only made two 1/2 cup pizzas. Hmm, just wondering what I did wrong..

Just made this last night and it was absolutely DELICIOUS! Thanks for the awesome recipe. Any suggestions on how to get the crust not to stick so bad to the foil? I had the hardest time getting it off the foil and I sprayed it pretty well ahead of time. Maybe I'll try using wax paper next time?

I just made this for the first time and it was amazing!! I could only eat one, which worked out to be about 200 calories with my toppings. It tastes exactly like the kraft box pizzas you can buy (which my mom made a lot when I was a kid). I am so pumped about this recipe katie!! thank you so much!!

Have you ever tried making the crusts ahead of time and freezing/refrigerating them for future use?
