You couldn&#039;t tell I had used the mushroom, so it was a good way to sneak in another vegetable, and really added bulk to the filing. I also added some crushed red pepper flakes to give it a kick. I loved that the zucchini stayed crunchy, while the filing was warm and delicious. Thanks Katie!</description>
