I was so excited to try this! I love pumpkins and I love granola. But my granola never got crispy. I even tried letting it cool and then baking it again and it still was soggy, it even burned a little but never crisped up. Any ideas on how to fix that, the taste was incredible and I'd love to try it again!

So I came across this on pinterest and I have to laugh because from the picture, I thought the white chips were mini marshmallows, so I bought them. Not realizing until I went to make it that marshmallow were nowhere in the ingredients! Since I already had them I threw a few in with semi sweet choc chips and this was definitely amazing! I also subbed in 1/4 cup stevia blend and 1/4 brown sugar instead of all white. Will definitely be looking at more of your recipes!!!!

I'm always looking for new granola recipes (since it's so expensive to buy) and this one looks perfect for fall! With teddy grahams and marshmallows, even my toddler will eat it! :) Thanks for the recipe.

What about no sugar and extra honey. I'm cutting out sugar and trying to go as raw and healthy as possible. I use raw honey. Thanks
