Made this and it is yummy! Just passing on a helpful hint for those who want to make and freeze. I took the Guacamole and put it in a 16 cube ice tray and when completely frozen, removed for storage in freezer container. Perfect portion size, yeah!

This may be a stupid question, but on the first step when you add one and a half of the avocado to the blender, do you keep the skin on the avocado?

I have never liked Guacamole. Avocados were always to bland. After reading the ingredients for your Guacamole, I gave it a try. Yum, I am so glad I tried it. Very good with a varitety of flavor than the food I normally eat. I love Mexican food and this had that flair. Thank you Katie for another wonderfully flavorful, healthy recipe! I have gotten off track the last few months on my healthier life style, trying to get back on track. :) Have a blessed day!
