I have to admit that a tiny part of me wishes I hadn't tried this recipe because I CAN'T STAY OUT OF IT!! This is so yummy! My intention was to make the granola to sprinkle a little bit on my Greek yogurt, but I find myself eating it plain, straight out of the jar that I put it in. Thanks for another great recipe!!

Katie! Yum yum yum, I can't wait to try this recipe! It reminds me of one I currently use, and one day I decided to try substituting unsweetened applesauce for the oil. It worked great, and tasted even better! I wonder if it would work for the butter in your version...? Sending love, sister. Your site is an inspiration!

the honey does help it bind...You could certainly leave out some or all of the sweetener though!

So I want to make this with PB&Co's "White Chocolate Wonderful". I think I would have to cut down the sugar if not take all of it out. Is the honey needed for consistency/baking purposes? Or is it just another sweetener?
