I made these this week and my boyfriend LOVED them! He ate them for dinner 3 nights in a row...a definite success! I ended up using 1.5 pounds because I didn't feel like freezing just .5 of it. Turned out great. I cooked on high for 6 hours and it was cooked all the way through...even with the extra half pound of meat!

This looks great! I just bought a crock pot and have never used one before...does anyone know if/how much I should extend the cooking time if I want to double the recipe?

You could put everything in a large roasting pan and cover tightly with foil. Cook it at 325 degrees for 3 and a half hours!

Making this today and I noticed it said mix everything together, but then later to add the beans. Are they added in the beginning or after the pork is cooked? Great recipe! :)
