This strawberry banana smoothie recipe is awesome for kids and adults alike! It is a protein packed smoothie that tastes so great you will never guess it is also packed with nutrition to get you going & keep you energized! This smoothie makes a great on-the-go breakfast or after school snack! It can make a rather large smoothie for one, or split in two for a child-size portion!

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy! 

Ingredients

1 cupPlain low fat Greek yogurt (or low sugar yogurt of choice)
1/2 cup Strawberries, washed and tops removed
1/2 mediumBanana
1/2-1 cupUnsweetened almond milk or skim milk (Alter this according to desired consistency)
1/2-1 cupIce cubes (Depending on how thick you like it, use less for a thinner consistency)
Optional: 1-3 pkts stevia OR 1-2 tbs honey (or sweetener of choice to taste)

I used blueberries instead of strawberries, and it was excellent. I also added a half scoop of protein powder to give a protein boost.
