Yesterday was Valentine’s Day, and I had a big surprise awaiting me (and didn’t even suspect a thing!) I started off my day by doing a circuit training type workout, and came home to a Frozen Hot Chocolate Protein Shake with a Crushed Cone on top! :) (It’s one of my favorite toppings, because it has 20 calories, low in sugar, and gives the shake even more of an ‘ice cream’ appeal!)

I continued to go about my day as I would any ‘normal’ Monday, by packing lunches for the week, and making meals for Sean for when I’m working. I had a quick Chicken Quesadilla for lunch!

After that I was craving something sweet, so I had some Frozen Strawberries with a Chocolate Syrup and Whipped Cream…Perfect for a Valentines Day treat! :)

For a quick snack I had a Zone Bar while I ran some errands!

When I got home I found 2 beautiful bouquets of flowers…One from my hubby…

And the other from my dad! :) I felt very loved!

When Sean got home told me to get ready, and pack an overnight bag! I was so excited!!! (If you know Sean, he does not plan things very often because I am definitely the planner in our relationship, so this was a huge surprise!) He took me to a beautiful restaurant that we have never been to before called “Brio”.

He was so proud that he pulled off a surprise without me knowing!

I was thrilled as well! ;)

I got the Chopped Chicken Salad…It was AMAZING!!! It had black olives, cucumber, feta, onion, and grilled chicken. Everything was chopped very fine, which I love!

Sean got the Chicken Penne Pasta dish.

We walked around outside for a while afterwards, (as you can see we were freezing), so we hit up Starbucks where I got a Decaf Americano, and we got some Chocolate Covered Strawberries for dessert! (Sorry I forgot to take a pic!) :)

We also found Sur La Table, a cooking store with all kinds of fun cooking gadgets! I was in heaven!
Shortly after we were off to the hotel Sean booked for the night, and I was shocked! He picked of the nicest hotels in the area, The Royal Park Hotel… I truly felt like royalty! :)

For breakfast we ordered room service, which I love because you get to sit in your PJ’s and eat in bed! :) I got a Egg White Omelet packed with Veggies (I gave Sean my hash-browns!) I also had another protein bar shortly after because the egg white omelet wasn’t extremely filling…It was tasty though! :)

I hope you all had a wonderful Valentine’s Day! And if you don’t have a ‘significant other’ I want you to know that there’s a man that will love you more than anyone on this earth…(And even better yet, He loves you just as you are, and finds no flaw in you)~ His name is Jesus!
I pray that each one of you will come to know His love, because it truly doesn’t compare to anything/anyone else in this world, and He is just waiting to pour it out to each one of us! If you don’t know the greatness of the Father’s love for yourself, all you have to do is ask Him to reveal it to you!!!
