What is a Dashing Dish Membership all About?

Hey everyone! Just wanted to clarify the payment for the membership, and what it’s all about, because there seems to be a lot of confusion…

From day one I have been offering the DD membership for pay what you can afford, or for FREE if you can’t afford to pay anything! (Most people are seeming to miss this…My husband and I agreed that God told us to offer it for a donation basis of pay what you want to support DD, or for free if you could not pay).

As most of you may know, I left my full time nursing job to minister to women in this area, because I truly feel that it is what God called me to do. If Dashing Dish has ministered to you (through recipes, devotionals, etc.) , I would ask that you would prayerfully consider supporting the work behind Dashing Dish.

However, if you’re still unsure about it, I would invite you to join for free, and donate if you feel led.God is up to some pretty big things, and I want everyone to be a part of it. I’m so excited to be a part of such an awesome community, God is awesome!

Also please note:

  • The membership is more than just recipes, it includes fitness routines, articles, and videos!
  • There will still be free recipes all the time that are not included in the membership, so everyone will still have access to some of the recipes if you choose not to be a member.
  • The neat thing about becoming a premium member is that you will receive your own login information that will allow you to save recipes, workouts, and premium content for quick and easy access to your favorites! Once logged in, you will see a bar appear at the top of your screen, which will allow you to log in to your account and save and organize content as you wish.

For more information and FAQ’s about the membership, click here!

Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.

I am one of the ones who cannot afford anything at this point but wanted the membership as I had WLS nearly a year ago and your recipes for the most part are meeting a need in my house. I live by myself and your recipes are small so not alot of food gets pitched and secondly they are for the most part healthy choices.
I am on social security and don’t have alot of money, but I felt that when I was able to build some up then I would make a one time donation.
But I feel there is some stigma attached and it is being made a big deal for those who cannot donate monthly.
just my .5 cents worth

Hi ann! I’m sorry you feel this way, I have only made a particular point in stressing the free membership because of the fact that it has caused a lot of confusion lately.

Hi Katie!
I just wanted to tell you that I really appreciate the efforts you put in this site. You are a very generous person! I also wanted to tell you that I do NOT feel any pressure to donate or not, it is a personal thing and the amount can be altered at a later date when $ is more free-flowing. And I appreciate that you have been very kind and NOT at all pushy regarding that. You are not working ~ me too :( ~ so please know that your efforts are appreciated. On a lighter note, maybe this is too personal, but I was wondering if you would ever consider giving hair tips, (eg. how you make yours look so gorgeous!) how to curl hair properly, etc. Thanks!
