		<description>Excellent, challenging workout! I started with the advance program and switched to the intermediate after 6 minutes! Definitely intense, but i felt amazing afterwards! I will be doing the Total Body Dumbbell Workout in the morning! Thanks Katie for all these workouts you have created!</description>
