As a newbie, I have no clue what these workout moves are. Is there a place to see diagrams or videos?

I'm a little confused on the Supersets? Can you explain what to do with those a little bit more? For instance - am I supposed to do all 3 sets of the deadlifts first, then pull ups? Or mix them up?

Thanks!
