		<description>I did my first HIIT from your website this morning. Burned over 300 calories in 30 minutes!! I did it a little longer than you suggested, but felt great! My sprint was anywhere between a 7:30 and 8:00 minute mile, and my jog was a 10:00 min mile.</description>
