At Home Total Body Circuit

Workout Instructions:

This At Home Total Body Circuit is an awesome workout that can be done anywhere, because it only uses one piece of equipment~ Your body weight! Switch between the two exercises in each set, performing each exercise for 30 seconds, then switch to the next exercise in that set. Do this with each set of exercises so that you are performing each exercise for a total of five minutes each. After each set take a two minute break in between, and start on the next set. Do each set of exercises once. Total workout time is about 45 minutes.

Hi Katie! Sadly I’ve been out of an exercise routine for a couple years now, and before when I exercised it was with dance and sports. That being said, I’ve read through your workouts and really want to try them but theres always a couple exercises I dont know how to do (i.e. plank-ups). Could you maybe post descriptions of exercises somewhere?? Thanks!!

i hope to get to that katie, although for now, i would you tube the exercise, you can always find my exercise moves on youtube searches, i always make sure of it before putting them in! :)

Hi Katie,
Just wanted to thank you for a great workout! Was stuck at home, (Superstorm Sandy plus a toddler not feeling well) I did this workout, and it was great!! I kicked my own butt. (or should I say you did!!)
