I know this sounds kind of ridiculous, but I recently bought a Dance Central kinect game for my husbands xbox. I had played it before and felt like it was actually a good workout, and there is even a workout mode that tells you how many calories you burn. Would you say 30-45 minutes on the workout mode would be a good workout for cardio days? I don't own a treadmill, and it's too cold here for me to enjoy running outside. Also, should I start out my strength workout with about 10 minutes of cardio too?

Wow I'm SO excited that I've just seen this! My fiance and I have a couple of trips planned in just over a month and a half. We've both become dedicated to working out and eating healthier but he is SERIOUSLY kicking my butt in the work out department. But I'm sure this boot-camp will give me the boost that I need! ;) Thanks, Katie!

I just started this a few days ago and I love it! I'm really feeling it all over my body. The only thing that I'm struggling with is the cardio days. What activities do you suggest? Does walking briskly count or should it be more amped up cardio like running or skipping?
