Intense Walking Treadmill Intervals!

Workout Instructions:

Don’t let the fact that this workout is a ‘walking’ workout fool you! This incline workout will make you sweat, and torch mega calories…All while giving you that friendly little ‘burn’ in the back of your legs (and upwards if you know what I mean), even long after the workout is done! Don’t let the cold winter air keep you inside any longer…Time to get on that treadmill and get your burn on!

I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2006 and am moderately obese (doctor’s words, not mine). I see a much thinner me in my mind than the doctor does in my check-ups. I run a horse ranch so I love exercise that I can do outside and during the warmer months I am outside a lot! This routine looks do-able with some adjustments for my weight and pain level. Looking forward to the next stormy day so I can try it inside.

I found that when I used to get on a treadmill, I would get quickly bored and rarely pushed myself like I should.  These workouts kick my butt every time!
