Workout Instructions:
Ever get bored on the treadmill!?! I think we all have at some point or another, and guess what, if our minds get bored so do our bodies! Change things up with this ‘Rolling Hills’ Incline workout, and and your mind and body will thank you!
Simply choose the speed and incline (within the range given) that fits your fitness level! The entire workout takes about 13 minutes, not including the warm-up or cool down. Repeat 2 times for a workout that’s about 30 minutes, or 3 times for a workout that takes about 45 minutes to complete.
