In honor of Dashing Dish's Two Year Anniversary, I am holding a Official Dashing Dish Protein Shake Recipe Contest! As you all know, I love my protein shakes! I've spent a lot of time making all kinds of variations of them and would love to hear your ideas for shake recipes! So, I thought, why not hold a recipe contest?
It's hard to believe that it's already been two years since I launched Dashing Dish! You guys have truly made this site what it is today! I'm so thankful for you guys and which is why I want you to be involved in some DD recipe creations, and give away one of my favorite blenders of all time!
Prizes: The winner will receive a Ninja Professional Blender and Publication of the winning recipe on Dashing Dish! Runner up will receive their choice of a Dashing Dish Meal Plan.
How to enter: Using my shake base and submit the entry form located below:
Base for shake:
- 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese (or 1 Cup Reduced Fat Greek Yogurt, or Tofu)
- 1 Scoop Protein powder
- 1-4 Packets Stevia or low calorie sweetener of choice
- 5-10 Ice cubes (alter according to desired consistency)
- 1/2-1 Cup Water (alter according to desired consistency)
