I just want to thank you so much for all that you do! I am not trying to lose weight or anything, I just felt it was time to start eating healthier, but I didn’t know how. I came across your blog and it is perfect! I’ve tried eating healthy before, but I always thought of that as cutting out all the good foods. My mother was one of those people that always had a baked good made at home, so I always have a big sweet tooth. Now that I am in college, I’ve realized how hard it is to cook for one, and most of your recipes are for one or 2 people which is perfect. Now I can have that little dessert without feeling guilty or binge eating the whole family sized cake. I can also cook a meal without having to eat the leftovers for the next week. You keep it simple and your recipes really do fill those unhealthy cravings! I can almost always find a recipe and the ingredients I already have on hand, or you have handy substitute suggestion available. Thank you!
