If desired, cut chicken tenders into bite size chunks, (this helps the cooking time go a bit quicker, and I like to do this when I know I will be adding the chicken to a salad or recipe where the chicken will be cut up anyways). If you prefer to leave it in tenders or are using chicken cut into strips, you may certainly leave it as is!
Preheat sauté pan over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray. When pan is warm, add the chicken and cook about 2 minutes, or until it starts to turn white on the side that is cooking. Add the garlic (either minced or seasoning).
Flip chicken and cook another 2 minutes, or until chicken starts to turn white on the side that is cooking, and add 2 tbs lemon juice (or chicken broth/water), and use your spatula to scrape the seasoning/browning off the bottom of the pan, (that is where the flavor is). Let water cook off and let chicken brown that side, then flip it and add the garlic expressions, (or whatever dressing you may be using).
Let chicken brown on that side, then add the additional 2 tbs lemon juice (or chicken broth/water), and use your spatula to scrape the bottom of the pan. Turn off the heat and let chicken rest for a few minutes, then enjoy!
