Add everything to a medium bowl, and mix well to combine. Enjoy immediately at room temperature, or serve chilled over a bed of lettuce, stuffed in a whole grain pita, or just as is with a side of whole grain pita chips or crackers!
|1 cup||Cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded (or cooked turkey breast) |
|1/4 cup||Plain low fat Greek yogurt|
|1/4 tsp||Lemon juice|
|1 small||Apple, diced|
|1 stalk||Celery, diced|
|1 pkt||Stevia (optional)|
|2 tbs||Chopped pecans (or nut of choice)|
|Optional:||1/4 cup dried cranberries|
