Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet pan with foil sprayed with cooking spray or baking mat, or parchment paper. Stir together the almond flour and baking powder. Set aside. Combine the shredded cheeses and cream cheese in a large bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through. Stir again at the end until well incorporated.
Stir the almond flour mixture and eggs into the melted cheese mixture. Working quickly while the cheese is still warm, knead everything together with your hands until a smooth dough forms, (if needed microwave mixture an additional 20-30 seconds as needed until smooth dough forms).
Divide the dough into 6 even balls. Use your thumb to poke a hole through the center of each ball and use your other fingers to stretch the hole until it is about 1 inch in diameter. Place the shaped bagels on prepared baking pan. Top with additional cheese.
Bake for 10-14 minutes, until the bagels are lightly golden. Let cool and enjoy!
