Combine the seasonings, oil, and water in a small bowl, stirring until a paste forms. Combine the paste and chicken in a ziplock bag, mixing the chicken with the paste, until coated. (You could also just coat the chicken right on the baking sheet pan, using a brush or your hands!)
Place chicken on pan, spreading it out so it is in a single file line on baking pan. Bake in preheated oven for 18-22 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through (no longer pink in the center of the thickest piece), and/or reaches an internal temp of 165 degrees. Enjoy.
