Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with foil (for easy clean up), and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Divide BBQ sauce and spread evenly over each pita bread. Sprinkle cheese over each pita, and finish with the chicken and onions. Add additional (thinly sliced) veggies if desired.
Place pizza on baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown.

 For wrap bread I like La Tortilla Wraps for 100 calories and 8 grams of fiber each!
 Instead of chicken you could also use Morning Star Vegetarian Chicken Strips!
