Prepare Corn: Remove husks and wash each cob of corn. Place each corn cob on a piece of foil, just big enough to wrap each individual cob in. Spray each piece of corn lightly with cooking spray (to make sure parmesan doesn't stick to foil while cooking). Sprinkle 1/4 tsp of each seasoning and 2 tbs of parmesan cheese evenly over each piece of corn, turning it as you season, to make sure you cover each side. Wrap each corn cob in foil, sealing the ends.
Grill Method: Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat. Place corn on preheated grill, turning occasionally, until the kernels begin to brown, about 10 minutes. Carefully unwrap corn from foil after a few minutes, and sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese, salt and pepper if desired
Oven Method: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place corn on rimmed baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through baking. Carefully unwrap corn from foil after a few minutes, and sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese, salt and pepper if desired.
