Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Blot dry with a paper towel, (the more dry you get them, the more crispy they will become). Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil, spray with cooking spray (or you could use parchment paper).
Spread the chickpeas out on a baking sheet in a single layer. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, salt, sweetener, and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle mixture evenly over chickpeas on baking pan.
Bake the chickpeas for 15-20 minutes, until they look slightly crispy, remove from the oven and drizzle honey over chickpeas and return to oven for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until chickpeas are lightly golden brown. Let cool and enjoy!
