Parmesan Chicken Wrap

Everything you love about chicken parmesan is now wrapped up into a portable & balanced meal that is perfectly portioned for one! Enjoy!

Place chicken, sauce, cheese, and spice blend on wrap bread. Wrap bread around filling, and microwave seam side down for 30-60 seconds, or until warmed through and cheese is melted. Enjoy warm!


1Chicken breast cooked and cut into strips
1/4 cupSpaghetti or marinara sauce (or pizza sauce)
1/8 cupParmesan cheese, grated
1/8 cupMozzarella cheese, shredded
1/8 tspItalian seasoning
1 largeWhole grain or low carb wrap 1
Optional:1/2 cup baby spinach leaves

1 I like La Tortilla or Ezekiel brand wraps.
