 Peanut flour and PB2 are the same thing, (peanut flour is just the generic brand of PB2). Peanut flour is amazing and can be used almost anywhere you would use peanut butter, without the calories and fat, (it is made by extracting the oil out of the peanuts to make a flour, and it is only about 100 calories for 4 tbs!) You can add water to it according to packaged directions to turn it into peanut butter consistency (but not for this recipe!) I buy it online on amazon, or you can get it at most Trader Joes. I am not sure about subbing other flours in this recipe, because I have only tried this recipe with peanut flour, however, you could give it a whirl if you so desire!
