Put everything int a blender and blend until thick, smooth and creamy. Note: You may need to stop blending a few times and scrape down the sides and stir to get things moving. You may also need to add a few extra tablespoons of almond milk if the consistency is too thick to blend, but go slowly as you don’t want to water down the frozen yogurt. Scoop into a bowl and top with toppings of choice. Enjoy!

|1 tbs||Peanut flour |
|1 tbs||Cocoa powder|
|2-3 pkts||Stevia (or sweetener of choice, to taste)|
|1/2 tsp||Xanthan gum |
|Optional:||Pinch sea salt|
 Or milk of choice.
 Or 2 tbsp peanut butter/nut butter of choice.
 This is optional, but recommended. You can get this from most grocery stores in the gluten free section. Just a pinch of it makes shakes/ice creams thick and creamy.in the blender. You could also replace this with 1/2 a frozen banana or frozen fruit of choice to make the shake thick and creamy.
