Skinny Poolside Dip

Method

Estimated cook time: 5-10 minutes

Mix cream cheese, greek yogurt, bell pepper, jalapeño, olives, and corn in a bowl. Add seasonings and stir until fully incorporated.

Transfer to serving dish and cover. Chill for at least 1 hour, and serve with pita chips, baked tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

1 (8 oz) pkg Greek yogurt cream cheese, softened [1]
1 cup Plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 Medium bell pepper, diced (any color
1 Large jalapeño, diced fine [2]
1 (6.5 oz) can Black olives, diced
1 (15 oz) can Corn, drained
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Onion powder
Optional: 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped fine
Serving Options: Pita chips, crackers, veggies
  • [1] or 1/3 less fat cream cheese

  • [2] or 1 (4 oz) can diced jalapeño or green chiles, drained. You could also do a small green bell pepper for a more mild version
