Put everything in a blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
|1/2 cup||Low fat cottage cheese |
|1/4 cup||Vanilla or plain protein powder|
|1/8 tsp||Peppermint extract|
|2-3 packets||Stevia (or sweetener of choice to taste)|
|5-10||Ice cubes (to desired thickness)|
|1 cup||Unsweetened almond milk (or water or milk of choice)|
|2-3 drops||Green food coloring, or a handful of spinach for color|
|Pinch||Guar or xanthan gum (to thicken)|
 You can't taste the cottage cheese, it just makes the shake thick and creamy. You could also use 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or 1 small frozen banana as a replacement.
