 Or 1 cup low fat cottage cheese, pureed in a blender or food processor until smooth. If using cottage cheese instead, leave out parmesan cheese, as it would be too salty!
This recipe can be made a day or two before! Just prepare it, and cover with plastic wrap before baking it. Store it in the fridge until ready to serve. Bake just before serving for a piping hot and fresh dip that is sure to please!
