Pour the coffee into an ice cube tray and freezer overnight, or until coffee is frozen. Blend coffee ice cubes with the rest of the ingredients, until smooth. Divide into two glasses (or one if you'd like), and enjoy with whipped topping and cinnamon if desired!
QUICK & EASY METHOD: Blend everything together with 1-2 cups of ice until smooth. Divide into two glasses (or one if you'd like), and enjoy with Tru Whip if desired! (Note: This method is equally delicious, but it is much quicker, due to the fact that you don't have to freeze anything before hand. The ice may dilute the coffee flavor a bit, but it is still just as tasty!)

|Optional:||Tru Whip & cinnamon for topping|
 This recipe will still work well without the protein powder if you want to leave it out.
 Or you could use 2 pkts instant coffee dissolved into 1 1/2 cup hot water. Be sure to chill the coffee before use if you are using the quick & easy method!
