To prepare the granola, preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and line a baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray or parchment paper. mix all of the ingredients for the topping in a medium bowl until a crumbly mixture forms. Spread granola on baking sheet in a thin layer. Bake 20-25 minutes, tossing once during the baking process. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
To make the yogurt parfaits, sweeten the yogurt to taste and pour 1 cup of yogurt in each of the four containers. Divide 1/4 cup of each of the berries among the containers, followed by 1/4 of the granola. (Note: If you are not eating them right away, store granola in a separate ziplock bag to pour over yogurt just before eating).
Cover and refrigerate until ready to enjoy. Take it with you on the go, pack in a lunch, or enjoy immediately.
