During your health coaching, I will be working with you one-on-one to help you form new healthy habits and combat any personal challenges you might face. After the program is over, I will equip you with the tools you need to maintain your goals for life with confidence! Using the knowledge you have obtained and the resources I have provided, I am confident that you will be able to continue on your journey to health once our time together is complete.
I have specifically developed health coaching with the intent to equip you with the knowledge to create new healthy habits that are realistic, enjoyable, and sustainable. Upon purchasing health coaching, you will receive a health coaching package that is personalized and clearly laid out. This package will help stay organized, track your progress, and reach and maintain your goals long term. You will also receive a personalized meal plan, workout plan, and have access to an interactive website account that allows you to watch videos, go through lessons, and set weekly goals.
In most cases, your health coaching login information will be automatically sent to you with your confirmation e-mail once your payment is received. Due to the personal nature of health coaching, there is occasionally a wait list to join the program. We will still charge your card immediately, and login information will be sent as soon as a spot opens up—which should never take longer than two weeks.
I am not a certified personal trainer, however I am a registered nurse, with a bachelors in public health, and I also completed a nutrition course during my nursing program. The health coaching is primarily focused on helping others find a healthy balance and lifestyle based on my education and personal experiences!
I will work with you to develop a personalized nutrition program centered around your daily lifestyle to get you started in the right direction and help you learn a new way of life that best suits your needs. This includes allergies and special diet needs.
