This Two Week Workout Challenge was designed to kick your fitness into high gear! The plan includes 5 workouts per week, but if you are a beginner, you could start by choosing 3 of the days per week and work up to more...and if you are advanced you could add one extra day of workouts per week if you choose.
Each day has a cardio portion of the workout, (which can be done using any cardio machine of your choice, or any type of cardio you prefer) which will help keep your heart healthy, burn calories, and get your blood pumping! The cardio is immediately followed by a strength circuit which will help boost your metabolism, strengthen your body, and tone!
Each workout should take around 1 hour total, but if you are running short on time you could always just do the cardio or strength portion for that day. If you don't know how to perform a move, you could always look for a video on how to perform it on youtube, or you could replace it with a move you feel comfortable doing.
