Alternate these moves with bodyweight strength moves, and you have one awesome circuit training workout! This workout can be performed one time through in as little as 15 minutes, (if you're short on time), or it can performed 3-4 times through, which would take anywhere from 45-60 minutes to complete. This workout can be performed at home, at a gym, or even at a park, as the only equipment needed is a step or bench.
