This 4-week program gives you a day-by-day breakdown of what workout to do everyday, 5 days a week. These workouts alternate between circuit training and cardio workouts, allowing your body to burn fat, build muscle and recover properly.
All of the exercises in the full body circuit workouts use multiple muscle groups at one time, so you burn the maximum number of calories in the least amount of time.
The full body circuit workouts don’t require any equipment, and can be performed anywhere! The same goes for the cardio workouts. I suggest doing anything that gets your heart rate up! This can be done on a cardio machine, using workout dvd’s, swimming laps in a pool, or even a Dashing Dish Cardio Workout!
If you follow this 4-Week Boot Camp, in combination with a healthy diet, I can pretty much guarantee that you will notice a difference in your body composition!
